At Gym Fit Out Dubai, we want you to be fully satisfied with your fitness equipment and installations. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 14 days of delivery provided they are in original packaging and unused condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team via email or phone with your order number and the reason for the return to receive an authorization code.

  Prepare the Equipment

  Ensure all machinery, weights, or accessories are securely packed in their original boxes with all manuals, parts, and protective materials included.

  Schedule a Pickup

  For large gym installations, our logistics team will coordinate a professional removal; for smaller items, a courier will be dispatched to your location in Dubai.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned items, we will process your refund or store credit within 7 to 10 business days.
